Statista provides global statistical data on many topics including media, business, politics, society, technology and education. Sources include market reports, trade publications, scientific journals, and government databases. Charts can be downloaded in PNG, PowerPoint, Excel or PDF formats, embedded in web pages or online courses (when available) and can be great to use in papers or presentations.



You can access Statista and other great databases from our A-Z Databases page. Login with your COM account for off campus access.



Here's an Example





There are a number of things you can do on the chart page, though some option availability depends on the source: 




* Grab a chart to include in your paper or presentation in PNG, PDF, Excel or PowerPoint formats.

* Grab a citation.

* Grab the code to embed a chart in a web page, including your online course. 

* Customize a chart using the ger icon. 

* Save the chart to your favorites.

* Get an email when the data is updated.
