Waiting for Snow is the author's memoir about his time with the Peace Corps in Chile from 1961-1963. Thomas Scanlon was one of the first Peace Corps volunteers when the program was launched in 1961. 



When the World Calls is about the history of the first fifty years of the Peace Corps.
