A.I. in the Courtroom? Artificial Justice - A Documentary

As artificial intelligence encroaches into courtrooms around the world, promising fairer rulings free from human bias, serious questions arise. Can algorithmic judges truly deliver impartial verdicts, or will they simply perpetuate or introduce injustices in new, inscrutable ways? This film examines both AI’s potential for creating better justice systems by eliminating structural inequities, as well as the risks of inadvertently encoding new forms of discrimination.
