International Literacy Day

This past Sunday was International Literacy Day.  



The definition of literacy has evolved from the traditional definition of having the ability to read and write. The definition now includes the ability to interpret information. This definition has evolved to keep up with how information is spread in the modern age. To learn more about the international definition of literacy check out this link to this UNESCO article.
