Monday April 15th is our kickoff!
Stop by the library during College Hour and enjoy cookies from 12:30-1:30!

Tuesday April 16th come see our Staff Faves Book Display! Post your favorite book for everyone to see and enjoy some candy.

Popcorn!
Wednesday April 17th be sure to Pop Into the Library! We will be serving popcorn from 11:30-2:30. While you’re here, challenge a friend to a game of checkers or backgammon! The library has game tables for you to enjoy.

Poetry!
Thursday April 18th we are celebrating National Poetry Month! Stop by the library to see our poetry display, and check out a book by your favorite poet!

iTunes!
COM students, take the time to enter our drawing for two $100 iTunes gift cards* to be held this Friday! All you have to do to enter is complete a COM Library survey and show us your current COM student ID. Return your completed library survey to the Circulation Desk before Friday the 19th at 2:30 and library staff will put your name in the running!

COM Library has a brand new guide, Careers & Employment!  Go to the guide . Here are some of the resources available from COM Library: -Learning Express Job & Career Accelerator has interactive wizards that guide students through each step of the career building process, from exploring occupations and finding jobs to preparing resumes, completing job applications, and improving job search skills. Available on or off campus. -Fantastic streaming videos from Films on Demand that coach student on everything from interviews to the top careers in two years. These are available on or off campus. -Lots of books and eBooks on careers, resumes, interviewing, job skills and more. eBooks available on or off campus. -Links to good quality relevant web sites. In addition to our great COM Library resources, there are links to lots of COM resources such as work study and career services.
