Go to the Election Time guide.  Register by October 6th To be registered in time for any Texas election, your voter registration application must be received or postmarked at least 30 days before Election Day. This year that means that the deadline to register is Monday, October 6th.  Pick up a voter registration application at your local public library, any government office, or fill one out online. Go to Great Reads for Hispanic Heritage Month for virtual book displays of great reads. These great reads are curated print books and eBooks include award winning Hispanic authors of true stories, fiction, poetry, and young adult. From the Virtual book displays you can get direct links to the eBooks, or links to the print books in OneSearch to get the call numbers to find them on the shelves in the library, or place them on hold when you login to your COM account.  There's More! You'll also find the latest news on Hispanic culture and links to multiple related guides from the library that have Hispanic, Latin & Spanish content.  The library will have a physical book display of books and eBook posters with QR codes to link to eBooks.
